In option module, under General tab, make sure to select Allow Family linking under Calculation Options section. Add the name of the 2 children with their SIN on the dependant form , then for each dependant, right click on dependant name and select refurn for  dependant. If the file of the dependant does not already exists, profile will ask you to create it.  The Family linking button will be enabled once done.
