We're unable to create a customer ledger report in QuickBooks Online. What is available is General Ledger, covering everything in your QBO company. That being said, you can try looking for a third-party app that can extract customer transactions in QBO to generate a customer ledger report.

You may want to check out the customer-related reports by going to Reports and then Sales and customers section.
