Thanks for sharing the details with me, @bsslayton3.

 

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. I recommend deleting and recreating your progress invoice template. Let me show you how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  3. Locate the progress invoicing template and select Delete from the Edit drop-down menu.
  4. Then create a new progress invoicing template again.

However, if you’re using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software, you’ll want to follow the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague katherinejoyceO above.
