We can start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a web-page issue. A typical browser uses a cache of memory to work efficiently and load pages faster. However, as data collects it can also cause unexpected results.

If it shows the custom invoice template, I suggest going back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
Otherwise, you can switch to another browser if the same thing happens.
