Thank you for your reply but the issue is when I do
- Open a report.
- Click the Excel button, (the only option enable is export to CSV, the others options are disable)
I have tried to reinstall quickbooks and office 365 (64 bits) in order to enable these other options under the export to excel button but so far no luck
