Jen_D provided an answer above for searching customer notes in QuickBooks Online. You can use the Magnifying Glass next to the Create icon to find notes, names, transactions, and reports.

Another way to view the information is by pulling up the Customer Contact List report. Follow the instructions shared my colleague as your guide.
