I have spent all day with Quickbooks Support as well as getting my IT involved.  I was told by QuickBooks that they have done everything that they can do and they cannot go any further.  My IT guy installed MOS 64bit and got it to work but now I have issues with my TR software.  The next resort is to wipe out my brand new computer and start from scratch.  Which they will most likely do after Tax Season
