If you have Microsoft Excel installed, but can't export to it from QuickBooks, I'd initially recommend confirming your books are up-to-date with their latest release.
Here's how:
If the release number doesn't advance, try using Task Manager to end some specific tasks.
In the event it you're up-to-date, but still unable to export to Excel, check your product's system requirements to confirm you meet each one. If Microsoft Office isn't compatible, you'll need to update it.
If you're continue being unable to export to Excel, you can try our additional troubleshooting processes.
In the event it continues occurring after troubleshooting, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome Friday!
