Hello there, OEO. I'm here to provide a workaround you can use to show a third shipping address on your reports.

To address this, we can add a custom field to your sales forms. Custom fields are useful as they appear in your reports and can be used to track specific information for customers, vendors, and employees.

Here's how to add a custom field:

  1. Navigate to Customers and select Customer Center.
  2. Double-click any profile on the list to open and edit it.
  3. Choose the Additional Info tab, then click the Define Fields button.
  4. Name your custom field in the Label column.
  5. In the Use for column, check the boxes for the categories (customer, vendor, or employee) where you want this field to appear.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.

Next, include this custom field in your sales template. For detailed instructions, please refer to the section "Track custom name and item fields" in the article: Create and use custom fields in QuickBooks Desktop.

To ensure this new field appears in your reports, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports and select Report Center.
  2. Type in shipping in the field and open the Sales by Ship To Address.
  3. Click the Customize Report button.
  4. Choose the Display tab and type in the name of the custom field for the third shipping address. Put a check and click OK.
  5. Click the Refresh button.

Lastly, I recommend sending your feedback to our product engineers for them to analyze this and consider adding it for future updates.

Additionally, you can memorize your reports to save your current customization for future use.

The Community is always available to answer your QuickBooks concerns, OEO. Have a good one.
