Let me provide information about the Condense feature in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
The Condense Data utility in QuickBooks Desktop allows you to reduce the size of your company file by removing transactions outside of a selected date range, helping to streamline your company data file and improve it's performance. Please inform me of any developments, @TC70. If you have questions, feedback, or concerns about the condense feature or limits, feel free to reach out to the Community. I'm here to help.
