You are wrong.  It is your issue not any of our companies.  It is as if where you check the box "include transactions over 30 days past due" is not recognized as being checked.  It should only pull up customers over 30 days or whichever number you put in that box (in our case, we like to send notices after 30 days).  Before this issue, if you did not check that box, that same error message came up about max of 4500 customers. So then once I would check the box (because sometimes I forgot to check the box) it would populate only our customers 30 days past due.  IT IS NOT RECOGNIZING THIS BOX IS CHECKED.  I do not know how else to explain to you.  I have called in twice and screen shared and sat on phone for an hour.  I have explained for your people to look into it not recogzing the customers over 30 days box- NO ONE LISTENS. This should be an easy fix on your end, instead each and every one of YOUR PEOPLE are blaming every business with this issue.  Check into the issue I have explained here.
