Once done, select Save and Close. However, if you still don't see the reverse option, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is related to your browser.
To start, please open an incognito window. This will prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:
Next, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and try again in the journal entry if you can see the reverse option. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, you can use other installed supported browsers as another option.
