Let me route you so you can see the reverse option in your journal entry in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon, and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you used when creating the journal entry.
3. Click the View register from the Action column.
4. Find and click the transactions to Edit.
5. After editing the transactions, you can find the Reverse option at the lower transactions or beside the Make recurring and More.

Once done, select Save and Close. However, if you still don't see the reverse option, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is related to your browser.

To start, please open an incognito window. This will prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Next, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and try again in the journal entry if you can see the reverse option. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, you can use other installed supported browsers as another option.
