Thank you for reaching out! You can use the Custom Transaction Detail Report  to show all payments in QuickBooks Desktop:

 

  1. Go to Reports, then Custom Report, and select Transaction Detail.
  2. Enter the Report Date Range.
  3. Select OK.
  4. Click the Refresh option so that the changes can be reflected.
