I understand the importance of being able to send one invoice per client with multiple projects, atwellCPA.
In QuickBooks, the feature that you wanted is not available as of now. I recommend you send a feedback so that our developer's team will know and will work on it.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile column, look for Feedback.
- Enter your comments or ideas in the space provided.
- Hit Submit Feedback.
As a workaround, you can manually create your invoice and assign it to your projects.
Here's how:
- Go to +New.
- Under the Customers column, choose Invoice.
- In the Customer dropdown, select the name of your customer or project to whom you want to assign your invoice.
- Fill out the fields provided.
- Click Save and Close.
Moreover, you may want to dig deeper into creating and managing projects in QuickBooks Online. You may also want to customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
