Thank you for posting here regarding the feature you need in the Online version. Allow me to chime in and share additional information about tracking sales reps in QuickBooks Online.
Aside from Locations, you can also use custom fields to include custom data in your transactions. However, you can only create up to three custom fields on sales forms if you have QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials.
