Buy nowI updated this morning and received a message to reboot to continue - I rebooted twice and still QB would not open. I phoned in and after 2 hours, a representative got QB to open but I am having issues with transactions.
I have over 150 transactions that are all the same ones that recur monthly. Same vendors each month and normally QB categorizes and I look through then do a batch update. Now all of these transactions are not recognized.
How can I get these recurring transactions to be recognized by the system or else I will have to manually enter each one through more details. I tried phoning in and now no one will help. I am so weary of the horrible customer service of QB. I use QB at its most basic level for a very small business.
