To override the application of a rule from the For Review list, click on the box, and a popup will have these three options:  Accept, Update, Exclude.

Click Update.

In the Update Selected popup:

Enter the application that should override the rule's application.

Apply sends that transaction back to the For Review list

Apply and accept moves it to the Categorized list.
