Let me share ideas about batch editing invoices in QuickBooks Online, @KellyPROTD.
As of right now, the option to edit invoices by batch is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you're using the same version, follow these:
- Select the +New button.
- Choose Batch transactions under Other.
- Select Invoices. Then select Modify from the Action drop-down.
- Mark the invoices you want to edit then press the Edit pop-up.
- On the next page, go to the Product/Service column and change it with the correct service item. Please note that Bundles are currently not supported for Batch Actions, which is why it's greyed out.
- Click on Save or Save and print.
On the other hand, if you're using any of the lower versions of QBO, you can edit the invoices one by one or by batch using a third-party application.
