I've already done all those things; I know that article by heart and I really don't want to ever look at it again.  :)

It's not the company file; the problem exists with both the 2016 and 2019 QB  that I use and with any company file.

I will go back to the Support Team as I have no other choice, but I have no confidence in them.  Any other suggestions?  Why has no one else had this problem?  Do you think it's a QB or Office issue?  Thanks!
