Thank you Lily. This is very strange. With all the same settings as you, I still cannot view active accounts with 0 values, having tried in both Chrome and IE on different PCs... 

 

Myself and a colleague both contacted tech support via chat to resolve this. In both cases we were told that this features does not exist (i.e. contradicting what you have shown Lily). In my case, the support specialist took control of my PC, played with the settings, then concluded that it cannot be done. However, neither specialist could explain the difference between Active and Non-Zero settings, and it didn't feel like either really cared resolving our difficulty (sadly, this has been my experience since we signed up for QB. For e.g. the broken URL link to sync our credit card account hasn't been fixed for over 1 month. The answer is always "known issue, no timeline for resolution").

 

I suppose we will have to fudge this in Excel until we find a better solution...
