Did you ever get an answer to this question? I think I finally realized I am having the same problem! As our P&L statement shows that we made a -$89,000 and I just don't understand how that could be possible. So after looking at every expense, I have found that individual credit card transactions were being categorized as expenses, as they should be, but that I was also categorizing the credit card payments as an expense, essentially doubling our expenses via credit cards! I am not sure how to fix this, I think I am going to go into the expenses and manually delete all of the credit card payment transactions....
