I'll share some steps on how you can fix the printing error. To verify, have you tried performing the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool? If not, please run this tool to fix the invoice logo issue. Let me guide you how.
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download QuickBooks Tool Hub, and then save it on your Desktop.
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Then, follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
- In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
- Choose QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
