In the meantime, you can consider the workaround suggested by my colleague JenoP above about looking for a third-party app that lets you convert your PDF statement to .QBO file. You can visit this link: https://desktop.apps.com/home for guidance or go to the App Center from your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software home screen.
Once you’ve converted your PDF statement to .QBO file, you can follow these steps on how to import it in your software:
- Go to the Banking menu and select Bank Feeds.
- Click Import Web Connect Files.
- Select the .QBO file you saved and select Open.
- When prompted to Select Bank Account, select either:
- Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks.
- Create a new QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into isn't in QuickBooks yet.
- Click Continue and select OK.
- Go to the Bank Feeds Center and review your transactions.
