Thanks for your effort in reaching out to us with your concern. Since you already  made some simple troubleshooting  like deleting and reinstalling the app, I would recommend  reaching out to our Live Support Team for QuickBooks Online. They’ll conduct a more in-depth analysis to identify the cause  and provide you with additional troubleshooting steps to make sure the app is working on your mobile device.

 

Here’s how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Log in to this link on a web browser: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  3. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  4. Type in ‘’contact support’’ in the chat box and press Enter.
  5. Select Contact Support Team , then type in ‘’contact support one more time.
  6. Choose No, I still need help
  7. Click Chat
