Where the PRICE RRULES table show "Start Date" and "End Date" we need another column that indicates "Overtime Criteria" that would show the drop down options same are that which exist in the QuickBooks Time interface for adjusting pay rates (see attached), instead this rule setting would adjust "bill rates"
