Hello there, Newyorktutor. I'd gladly discuss the process of how to invite your accountant to QuickBooks in detail.

 

To invite your accountant to QuickBooks Simple Start, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Select Settings , then click Manage users.
  3. Choose the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
  4. Enter your accountant’s email address.
  5. Click Invite.

 

Once done, your accountant will receive an email with a link to sign in to your company. They’ll need to create a user ID if they don’t already have an account with Intuit Business Services.
