- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and tick Continue.
- Log in to your intuit account and choose Continue. Then, Continue with my account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
