CYBER MONDAY SALE 70% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends 12/5
Buy nowCouple weeks ago when in Quickbooks Online a box popped up saying "share temporary access to your Quicbkooks" and of course we would click the deny button. It kept doing this off and on and we called Quickbooks technical support. They said that it would be an internet issue, they could not say if it was hackers.
We were concerned because Quickbooks could not tell us anything, even though the log access history showed an outside source trying to access. We stopped accessing through that computer and internet because there was no answers.
Fast forward to today and now at our office site, with high security internet, we got the message again, stating "share temporary access to your Quickbooks" we would then have to say deny and then a few mintues later it would do it again. Is there fraud issues going on with Quickbooks Online and has anybody else came across this?
