As of now, there is an ongoing issue for some of our customers and our developers about updating their Operating System (OS) to Mac Ventura. We appreciate your effort in asking here before updating it.

In the meantime, I recommend holding off on your OS update to avoid getting the same problem. You can also refer to this thread for updates regarding the OS Mac Ventura compatibility with QuickBooks: QuickBooks for Mac with Ventura.
