I can imagine how I would also react when I know there are unauthorized changes to my account. I know you've already gotten in touch with our support team to disconnect Melio. I'd like to add some insight to this. Since Melio is the back-end provider behind BillPay in QuickBooks, once you've signed up for our service, you've already given consent to give Melio access to your account. 

Either way, we've taken this thread and already passed it to the appropriate team so they can see how they can improve this experience and dig deeper into the issue.
