Hello, ntombi.

The ability to download an invoice primarily depends on how the business sent it to you. I'll lay out the details below to help you.

When a business sends you an invoice through QuickBooks Online (QBO), there's a button or link that says Download/Print Invoice. You can also click View details, to open the invoice in a new browser window. Once viewed, you can see the Download icon to save it as PDF.

On the other hand, if the invoice you're the one subscribing to QBO itself, meaning you are the QBO user and Intuit is the company billing you. We can find and download your subscription invoices directly within your account. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Subscriptions and billing under Profile.
  2. Then, tick View Payment history.
  3. Select the Download option to save the invoice as PDF.

I'll add this article to manage your billing or subscription or just view your billing history: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info.
