We make sure all of our customer concerns are solved as soon as possible, @Yachties.

May I ask on which part on your QuickBooks Online account transactions where wordings disappeared in the payment box but still showing on the documents? This is for me to get a better picture of what's happening and ensure we are on the same page.

 

You can also send screenshots here in the Community, but make sure to black out sensitive information to protect the account.
