The ProFile team made the hard decision to limit ProFile to 12 years to improve performance. There is more information here
For users that regularly require access to affected files a dedicated computer running and older version of ProFile , such as 2020.0.0 or earlier would be required. In version 2020.1.0 or higher, there is no way to access the affected files.
