The setting to give access to your accountant for your QBSE account is found in the Gear icon on the top-right part of the screen.
- Click the Gear icon. Then, select Accountant.
- In the Accountant email field, enter your accountant’s email address.
- Click Send invitation.
- Choose Text a code to verify your identity. This sends a verification code to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the received code in the Verification code field, then click Continue.
Please note:
- An invitation email will be sent to your accountant.
- You will receive an email notification once your accountant accepts the invitation.
- Once accepted, your accountant will have access to your accounts via QuickBooks Online Accountant.
- If the invitation is not received, you have the option to click Resend invitation.
If you can't find that setting, I recommend troubleshooting your browser to ensure QuickBooks runs efficiently with your browser.
