Yes, we can switch your Bank Feed from a Standard Feed to a Direct Feed in QuickBooks Online. The error you received 187 indicates a connection or authentication issue caused by security changes.
To change the Bank Feed from Standard Feed to Direct Feed, follow these steps:
- Go to the Transactions tab and select the bank you want to update.
- Disconnect the current bank feed by clicking on the pencil icon (Edit) and choosing Disconnect this account on save.
- Save the changes.
- Reconnect the bank account by selecting Add account and searching for your bank.
- Download the Direct Feed form and send it to SISS for processing.
