I appreciate the screenshot you've provided. I want this sorted out so you can get back to business. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. They have available tools to look into the error you're getting and can investigate this further.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click ? Help on the top right.
  2. Select the Contact Us link.
  3. Enter your concern, click Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us through Start a chat or Get a callback.
