You can add new users and give them access to your company file by going to:
- Company at the top, then Users.
- Select Set Up Users and Roles. Then, New.
- Enter the User Name and Password info and the Assigned Roles.
- Click OK.
However, if you're referring to a multi-user network so computers on your network can access your company file, you'll need to install the QuickBooks Database Server. Then, set up and install a multi-user network for QBDT.
