Allow me to share information and steps to help manage your subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gaf.
Please know that the feature to pause a subscription in QBO is unavailable. Instead, you have the option to cancel your account and then you can resubscribe in the next 2 months.
Here's how to cancel your subscription:
Keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription, you can still have read-only access to your data for one year after cancellation and you won't be able to make any changes.
Once you're back and ready to use QuickBooks again, you'll be charged for the current subscription rate, and you won't be charged for the unsubscribed months.
You can refer to this article to guide you on reactivating your subscription: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can visit this article to learn how to update your QBO subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
