Hi there, SHarvey70.

I can show you how to get data for State Wage Listing, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Run the report from previous quarters by going to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Employees and Payroll and choose Summarize Payroll and Data in Excel.
  3. If you will see a prompt to Update, click Yes

That should put all the data correctly. If not, you can perform Clean Install QuickBooks method and Excel are possible fixes. You can also use the following steps.

  1. You can delete the 'QB_Payroll_Link.xlt'. template and then re-download it.
  2. Close QuickBooks then go to the C drive.
  3. Open Program files (86x), then locate Intuit, and QuickBooks 20xx.
  4. Locate the Components and then Templates.
  5. Find the QB_Payroll_Link.xlt and delete it.
  6. Re-open QuickBooks and get a Full Payroll Update.

Also, make sure that the Microsoft Office is compatible with your QuickBooks version.

Count me in if you need anything else. I'll be here to help. Take care.
