Welcome and thanks for your interest in the processing timelines of using direct deposit features. All transactions made through direct deposit should be transmitted in QuickBooks before 5 PM PT, 2 banking days before the paycheck date  to make it available to the receiving bank on the paycheck date. 

In case the check date falls on a non-banking day, it will be posted on the next banking day. To learn more about the processing timelines, check out this help articles: When do direct deposits post?.
