I'm here to assist you with any issues you might be facing. Have you already tried the solution provided by my colleagues MirriamM and ChristieAnn? If yes, and the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They will be able to securely access your account and assist with figuring out why the report is showing zero data.

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
  3. Tap the Contact Us hyperlink/button.
  4. Enter your question and hit Let's Talk.
  5. Scroll down and pick Get a callback.
