Thanks for sharing details of your concern as well as your interaction with our live support team. To print a paycheck, refer to the following steps below: 

1. In your QBDT account, navigate to the File menu and select Print Forms.
2. Next, choose Paychecks.
3. Then, select your payroll Bank Account.
4. Confirm that the number in the First Check Number field matches the number of the first check in your printer.
5. Then, select Paycheck or Direct Deposit (The program will print advice of deposit forms for this. Then, just visit this link if you want to order Advice of Deposit Forms.).
6. After that, click OK.
7. Check your print settings and when ready, select Print.
