How do we make a customer inactive when it has projects (all completed)? Whenever we attempt this it gives an error code and then button to click is not available.
All projects linked to the customer are either cancelled or completed. Should we delete the cancelled projects first so only "Completed" projects are linked? The error/warning message pops up to state that the customer won't be made inactive if there are open projects (which there aren't), but the green "Yes, make inactive" button is greyed out and not clickable.
