Thank you very much for your response. I think your solution of pushing the hours to the next pay period may also work for us, I'll give it a try, but I really hope Banked Hours will be a feature added in the near future, it would save us so much processing time!

Banked Hours is a standard payroll item and widely used, it does not make any sense to me that it is not an available option in QBO.
