To stop the auto-matching of transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can disable the Auto-add feature in your bank rules. Let me guide you through the process.
- In the left panel, click Bank transactions, then go to Rules.
- Open the rule in question and click Edit.
- Scroll down and toggle off the Auto-add feature.
- Then click Save.
