And how do we download and transfer our Customer and Invoice info.

Currently not being able to is kinda a PITA.

Speaking to a chat rep for help, her solution was to download each invoice individually as a pdf.... which is ridiculous when you have 100s of invoices. Also not useful when QBO only wants a cvs file to import that info...
