First, you need to check if you're accessing the correct account. If you have multiple QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts, make sure to use the correct user ID and password.
If you only have one QBO account, you can check the Audit log function as shared by Nathan-K on this thread. It'll tell you who made some changes to your company file.
You can also review your register history to find transactions. Let me show you how:
If you don’t categorize transactions into specific accounts, QuickBooks puts them into the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses. Your missing transaction may be there. To check these accounts:
To move transactions out of Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expenses, follow these steps to unmatch and move them.
