You are not able to pre-set the name of the PDF document before you download it, you will have to change the name of the document when you download/save it to your computer.
The way in which to leave a request for a feature for Quickbooks is to go to the cog wheel>under the profile section you will see an option that says feedback. If you click on feedback you can leave your request in there and this gets sent straight to our development team.
Hi just to be clear, is this issues with saving an invoice (example invoice number 1000) to a file name invoice 8003 (random) was not considered a rather large bug? Would this not be high up on the fix list?
