How do I deal with a part paid invoice?

Select receive payment on the invoice and in the amount received box on the right hand side enter the amount you actually received then select save and close.

On my Self-Employed software, it says "MARKED AS PAID", so does it when I apply mark as paid, allow me to place an amount of the payment?

Welcome to the Community.

 

Unfortunately on self employed you cannot part pay an invoice only pay the invoice in full.As a work around you can create an invoice for each part payment?

We don't want you to feel that way, Wayne.

 

I can see how useful it is to be able to partially pay the invoice. For now, I'll send this feedback to our product developers. This will help us determine which product features needs an upgrade.
