hi John, thanks for coming back to me. i've changed the name of the custom template, i meant to actually use it. when i go into create estimates i can get the custom one in the pop up menum click on it, but it does change the one on the screen, ready to use

It won't change the one displayed on the screen, select customise > select your template > print or preview.

it is regretful that there is still no option to issue a Delivery Note without the amount, price and vat, etc.
